**What You’ll Be Doing**

This isn’t just another internship. As part of our Marketing & Operations team, you’ll be fully immersed in real projects from day one:
Growth & Marketing:

- Campaigns: Help design and execute innovative marketing campaigns that boost growth and enhance our brand.
- Brand Strategy: Contribute to shaping and maintaining our brand identity across multiple markets.
- Growth Hacking: Work with our growth team to explore new strategies for scaling our services and expanding our market reach.

Operations Management:

- Customer Experience: Ensure our B2C, B2B, and End-of-Tenancy services run smoothly, delivering top-tier experiences to our customers.
- Recruitment: Play a role in attracting and onboarding our talent, from initial contact through to training completion. Operational Strategy: Collaborate with our leadership to streamline processes and enhance our operational efficiency.
