**Description**:
For our highly collaborative international marketing team we are looking for an Art Director (Junior or Mid-Level), based in Luxembourg.

Tasks

What will keep you challenged?
- Develop, design and execute marketing and promotional pieces, including online, video and print
- Generate innovative ideas for website and social media, and other emerging digital experiences for B2B clients and audiences
- Provide design and presentation support on multiple, fast-paced projects at once, with the ability to switch between them seamlessly
- Support on creating state-of-the-art sales presentations and keynotes
- Create and/or select artwork and photos for website and social media contents (commission illustration and photography, find stock art, create custom illustration using royalty-free art)

**Requirements**:

- A passion for digital and social ideas with an exceptional eye for detail
- Fluent in a variety of digital delivery formats (data visualization, interactive PDFs, motion graphics, social media platforms, PPT)
- Clear adherence to direct and digital response mechanisms to ensure the work is creatively accountable
- Ensure brand and design consistency
- Ensure quality work is delivered on time, and on brief
- Possess a keen attention to detail and timelines
- Working closely and collaboratively with a diverse group of people
- Minimum of Bachelor in Advertising, Communication Design or Visual Arts required
- 3+ years of professional art direction experience
- Fluency in English and French
