We are currently looking for an Investment Management Oversight Manager to support our growing operations in the Investment Management Oversight department.

**Job Specification**
- Manage and develop the oversight of delegated investment management activities in accordance with the requirements of CSSF Circular 18/698
- Conduct initial, on-going and thematic due diligence on both UCITS and alternative investment fund managers
- Establish new and maintain procedures, work instructions and workflows
- Establish new and maintain SLAs with delegated investment managers or advisors
- Ensure all requirements are adhered to and findings are escalated in a timely manner
- Resolve issues with regards to the delegated investment management activities of the
- funds
- Maintain operational dashboards
- Perform regular fund performance reviews
- Review of the processes, policies, instructions and procedures of delegated investment managers and advisors

**Skills Required**:

- Degree in Finance or Economics - certification such as CFA or CAIA would be an asset
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Proven MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Well-structured and well organized
- Responsible team player, accountable and reliable self-starter
- Integrity with a willingness to learn
- Experience in regulatory compliance or previous experience from similar oversight functions
- Interest in investment strategies, financial instruments and the overall organisation of the delegates’ fund structures from a legal, operational and compliance perspective
