**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Compile IFRS financial statements (e.g. full, condensed or combined)
- Compile Lux GAAP consolidated annual accounts and IFRS consolidated financial statements
- Execute quarterly and yearly consolidations for Private Assets structures, under Lux GAAP or IFRS
- Help lead the implementation of best practices on IFRS & consolidation team to simplify, standardize and scale our organization
- Prepare, review and analyze inter-company account reconciliations as well as flow analysis
- Support external audit requirements related to specific areas of responsibility and help to develop and refine our accounting process and procedures
- Assist in special projects as needed

**Your profile**:

- University degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 -3 years of experience in a similar position (IFRS and consolidation environment)
- Experience with Sigma Conso is an asset
- Sound knowledge of IFRS and experience in the preparation of IFRS Financial Statements
- Excellent time and self-management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Must be willing to work as part of a team in a dynamic high quality client service focused environment
- Highly organized, strong interpersonal skills and self-motivated
- Fluent in French and English. German is an asset
