**Your Responsibilities**|** Corporate Officer - German-speaking - Luxembourg - Fiduciary**
- Manage a portfolio of Luxembourg entities, including SOPARFIs, holdings, and SPFs, from incorporation to liquidation.
- Draft and review corporate documents such as shareholder resolutions, minutes, statutory changes, and annual accounts.
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure proper filing with the relevant authorities.
- Act as a main point of contact for German-speaking clients, liaising with banks, notaries, auditors, and administrations.
- Ensure compliance with Luxembourg legal and regulatory obligations. Collaborate closely with internal teams (accounting, tax, compliance, investment funds) to provide comprehensive client service.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate administration or company law in Luxembourg.
- Fluent in German and French, with a very good command of English.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate structures (SOPARFIs, SPFs, SCSp).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks autonomously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
