**Goodyear. More Driven.** **The opportunity** We are looking for an Analyst, Service Delivery to join our team in Luxembourg. On this position you will: - Create Proactive Solutions and TaaS purchase orders and follow-up with internal & external stakeholders to ensure compliance - Follow-up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure vendors are paid according to corporate policies - Conducting quarterly reviews on open POs and In-charge of communicating annual accruals to internal stakeholders - Quarterly communication of their eligibility for "commission" to external stakeholders in collaboration with internal stakeholders - Creation of offers, sales orders, POs to Ventech, export documents, including month end billing for all Goodyear CheckPoint (Tire Inspection System) spare part offers and continuous follow up with internal and external stakeholders and in-charge of CheckPoint related tickets in C4C for PAS - Effective participation in new market entry projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders for new CheckPoints sold - Internal and external reporting for purchasing and CheckPoint spare parts offers & billing **To join our team you will need**: **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics or similar technical field. **Languages**: You are fluent in English. Knowledge of French or German is an asset. **Experience**: - Experience in administrative back-office tasks - Experience with working with clients **Skills & Qualifications**: - Strong analytical and organizational skills - Highly accurate and precise - Good communication and coordination skills - Solving problems - Stress resistant - Team-player
