**Votre profil***: Nous recherchons actuellement notre **Sustainable Finance Manager** H/F pour notre client, le leader en "advisory" en RSE au Luxembourg (création de poste suite à leur forte croissance). **Notre client accompagne les sociétés dans leur démarche RSE depuis 10 ans** en aidant les organisations à intégrer des critères de durabilité dans leurs modèles économiques et opérationnels. Notre client a développé une expertise reconnue tant au niveau national qu'international. Nous offrons **un plan de développement personnalisé au sein d'une société à taille humaine**, la possibilité de travailler sur des dossiers concrets avec des clients de renommée nationale et internationale, une carrière qui aura **du sens et un réel impact, des perspectives de carrière internationales, un équilibre vie professionnelle / vie privée et de nombreux avantages sociaux et financiers.**La personne que nous recherchons devra disposer des qualifications suivantes: - Master en droit, économie ou finance avec une spécialisation en finance durable. - ** Minimum 5 ans d'expérience** dans un cabinet de conseil spécialisé dans le développement durable ou l'industrie financière au sein d'un département spécialisé dédié à la finance durable / domaine de durabilité. - Parfaitement bilingue en anglais et en français. - Idéalement, une première expérience à l'international (stage, études, etc.). Vous avez une très bonne connaissance des normes et standards de la finance durable, tels que **l'UNPRI, l'UNPRB, le TCFD, le SBTi, les agences de notation, les labels, ainsi que des réglementations européennes : SFDR, MiFID II, EU Taxonomy, CSRD.** De plus, vous maîtrisez les outils d'analyse (Excel) et de présentation (PowerPoint). *** **Votre mission****: En tant que **Sustainable Finance Manager**, vous aurez pour missions de: - Manager l'équipe « sustainable finance » en coordination avec le Chief Operating Officer - Identifier et analyser les impacts financiers et non financiers des questions environnementales, sociales et de gouvernance (ESG). - Soutenir l'analyse et le reporting de l'alignement taxonomique de l'UE. - Définir des stratégies de transition et des trajectoires de progrès (alignement avec l'ambition de l'UE et SBTi). - Soutenir l'exercice de mise en oeuvre et de reporting SFDR. - Contribuer au processus et à l'obtention du label produit financier. - Animer des ateliers et des programmes de formation dans le domaine de la finance durable. **Notre offre****: Si vous êtes motivé(e) à rejoindre une entreprise engagée en faveur du développement durable et de la responsabilité sociale, et que vous souhaitez contribuer à un avenir meilleur, n'hésitez pas à postuler
