- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external partners to ensure alignment of project goals.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit detailed requirements and ensure thorough understanding across teams.
- Identify and assess business risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support project management activities, including release planning, quality assurance, and delivery follow-up.
- Conduct testing activities such as preparing test cases, coordinating user acceptance testing, and reporting defects.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements within the business analysis and project execution frameworks. Requirements:
- Key Qualifications and Skills**:
- Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science.
- 3 years of experience in the field of business requirement (elicitation & modelling)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Banking industry
- Knowledge of English. French would be considered as an advantage
- Knowledge of the financial products of the Bank (Loans, equity, guarantee)
