At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Specialist to join our UniQue team.

**What will you be bringing to the team?**
- Collaborating with HR stakeholders to understand and translate performance/compensation processes into the HCM Cloud system:

- Talent: configuration of Probation Performance Forms, Year-End Reviews, or Performance Calibration.
- Workforce Compensation: configuration of Performance Calibration, Merit Increase, or Performance Bonus.
- Configuring Oracle HCM modules such as Performance Management/Workforce Compensation, and possibly Talent Review.
- Setting up templates, cycles, worksheets, workflows, budgeting, and compensation statements as applicable.
- Conducting unit testing, SIT, and supporting UAT.
- Delivering end-user training and post-go-live support.

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to succeed in this position?**
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 7 years of general IT experience
- Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Talent / Workforce Compensation.
- In-depth understanding of module integration with Core HR, Goal Management / Talent Review.
- Familiarity with HR processes such as performance reviews, calibration, or merit increases.
- Ability to work with Fast Formulas and security configurations if required.
- Strong communication skills with both technical teams and HR business users.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English is required (B2 level). French will be an advantage.
