As a Junior Consultant, you'll be assisting in projects from beginning to end. This involves everything from understanding business processes and identifying problems to designing solutions and making sure they're put into action successfully. Your role will be crucial in defining problems, finding solutions, and assisting teams with project tasks and goals.

**Daily responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, then translate these requirements into software solutions. This involves defining specifications and data models for both development and testing phases.
- Evaluate existing solutions and provide recommendations to the consulting team based on client requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and contribute to the development of enterprise-level solutions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
- Deploy, customize, and optimize Oracle Fusion software solutions according to client specifications.
- Generate comprehensive test scripts and training materials to facilitate implementation and user adoption.
- Maintain transparent communication with the project manager and team regarding progress and deliverables.
- Take ownership of your track or workstream, engaging with clients, facilitating requirements gathering and training sessions, and managing tasks independently.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Oracle industry
- Familiarity with **Oracle Cloud ERP** (Enterprise Resource Planning), **HCM** (Human Capital Management).
- Experience in integrating Financials modules with other modules such as Projects, Procurement, HCM.
- A general understanding of other Fusion modules (SCM, PPM, or EPM) functionality is advantageous.
- Professional certifications in Project Management and Oracle Fusion are considered as a big plus.
- **Valid work permit in Luxembourg is required.
