For our department Digital Experience Development within General Services, we are looking for a (an):
Digital Experience Development Team Manager (M/F/x)

**Main duties**:

- Manage & Lead the DXP Development Team. The DXP Development Team is responsible for the development and maintenance of Luxair’s Digital Experience Platforms.
- Responsible for definition and delivery of digital experience updates (websites, mobile app, etc.) including resource planning
- Responsible for Code Quality & maintaining a low level of Technical Debt within DXP Products.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of Code Coverage from Unit Tests & maintaining up-to-date dependency chains.
- Responsible for the architecture of the DXP Platforms along with the Head of DXP & Enterprise Architecture Team
- Produces coding standards, quality guidelines & pipeline standards
- Leads the Code Review process within the DXP Development Team
- For each DXP product, supports & mentors an assigned Technical Lead
- Organizes Code Quality Gateways and audits in projects
- Works with the Head of DXP & Digital Experience Team Manager to prioritize technical work for maintenance & reducing the technical debt.

**Required profile**:

- Master degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of development experience with:

- At least 5 years experience working with various web development frameworks e.g. Angular, ReactJS or VueJS
- At least 1 years experience with TypeScript & Node
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as development team leader or manager
- Proven experience working in an Agile Team
- Background in eCommerce & online booking platforms
- Show effective analytical skills
- Show strong leadership skills
- Show excellent communication skills in English

- Demonstrate good leadership and relationship management skills
- Show assertiveness and stress resistance
- Be able to deliver projects within set time limits
- Show a strong ability to communicate at all levels
- Skills in French and/or German (spoken and written)
- Has been responsible for architecture & implementation of Websites utilizing CDN + Serverless Middleware e.g. Azure Functions, AWS Lambdas etc
- Has experience of website deployments using Cloud based, headless CMS solutions
- Dev Ops experience with Azure Dev Ops & Azure Dev Ops Pipelines
- Demonstrate a background as a Customer Advocate in product development
- Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset
