CRM PROJECT MANAGER
**Level**: Senior Project Manager - CRM Systems
**Contract Type**: Freelance/Consulting
We are seeking a CRM Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of CRM projects with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics, while leveraging expertise in other CRM platforms as needed. Your role will involve managing project lifecycles, aligning technical and business requirements, and fostering collaboration across teams to ensure successful implementation. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a solid understanding of CRM systems and best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning and Execution
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholder expectations.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Proactively monitor project progress, address risks, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
Coordinate project activities with team members, vendors, and stakeholders to meet milestones and goals.
Requirements Analysis and Solution Design
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze CRM requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for CRM solutions.
Work closely with technical teams to determine system configurations, customizations, and integrations across CRM Dynamics and other platforms.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and analysts, to achieve project objectives.
Promote effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Provide clear guidance and ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.
Manage expectations, provide regular progress updates, and address any concerns or queries.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Quality Assurance and Risk Management
Establish quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
Conduct project reviews to identify risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource utilization to prevent deviations and manage risks effectively.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience managing CRM projects, with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and familiarity with other CRM platforms.
Strong understanding of CRM concepts, tools, and best practices.
Project Management Expertise
Experience in project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications, are considered a strong asset.
Technical and Soft Skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication skills for stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
