**Job Content**:
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes : CMDB, Asset Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Patch Management
- Certified with ITIL Foundation Level accreditation (or higher)
- Create technical content in the form of how-to guides and Knowledge articles
- Supporting the process owner and process manager and providing inputs in the creation of principles, processes, and procedures
- Managing audit requests and deliverables
- Delivering Process Improvements and measure process adherence
