ING Luxembourg is looking for:
**Business Analyst - Digital area (M/F)**
to strengthen its **Omnichannel & Customer Interactions Tribe **consisting of approx. 50 team members. This Tribe provides and develops tools for our customers and customer-facing employees, manages the centrally-driven communication while leveraging on ING global solutions.
to be part** a new Squad** focusing on digitalization of journeys (self-finance), including new onboarding solutions.
**Job description**
You work in a Squad within ING's Agile organization and you work with other experts to achieve the Squad's mission.
Your key activities will be:
- Delivering the customer journey strategy, managing the stakeholders, formulating the product/service-, process
- and channel policy in line with external regulations, risk and compliance policies,
- Participating to complex projects, involving various stakeholders, with the aim to create even more added value to our customers,
- Understanding, challenging and being accountable for respecting business principles and external regulation,
- Translating business solutions into working software by collaborating with IT engineers,
- Optimizing processes in a customer friendly way to maximize customer and business value,
- Using your expertise and experience to contribute to all sprint events (planning, refinements, retrospectives, demos),
- Dealing with the most urgent incidents and improvement needs.
**Your profile**
- Competencies / Behavior:_
- Have strong analytical & judgement skills to recognize key information, identify problem, establish connections and validate before acting;
- Have deep knowledge of the customer’s business and banking processes and integrate acquired knowledge into performance of tasks;
- Capable of acting as a connector between squads and a very diverse set of stakeholders (typically risk teams);
- Customer-centric and solution-orientation;
- Capable of presenting solutions, roadmaps and milestones to management with the ability to simplify complexity and improve products and processes;
- Experience:_
- Master or Bachelor degree,
- Proven track record of managing complex projects (at least 2 years),
- At ease with technology,
- Additional experience/know-how that are clearly a “plus”:
- Banking experience, especially know-how in KYC (Know Your Customers)
- Experience in coordination of external partnerships
- Languages:_
- Fluency in English and in French (verbal and written)
