We are looking for a CRM Marketing Officer for an international law firm.

**_
Key responsibilities:_**
- Assist in keeping the firm's CRM system up-to-date and accurate.
- Work closely with lawyers, assistants and other professionals to ensure that client information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Compile and provide data information for targeted marketing and business development activities.
- Prepare marketing lists for the distribution of newsletters and event invitations and track delivery.
- Monitor and analyze client and prospect data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Centralize visit reports with prospects and clients and track customer interaction.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of the CRM system.
- Ensure that client data is secure and in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Maintain documentation on CRM policies and procedures.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of CRM efforts.

Requirements:_**
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in the services industry.
- Knowledge of CRM principles and strategies.
- Experience working with CRM software.
- Understanding of data protection regulations and compliance requirements.
- Very good written and oral communication skills in French and in English. Any additional language is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
