And that’s what we want to grow so we're looking for YOU, a Risk & Compliance Manager (German speaking) As a Risk & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities: - Support on-site monitoring and testing on designated controls defined within the Com - pliance & Risk Monitoring Plan; - Standardize existing processes, maintain procedures up-to-date, develop and implement procedures when necessary; - Provide guidance and oversight for daily requests from transfer agents on AML, UBO disclosures and regulatory compliance in cooperation with ifsam’s dealing department; - Assess the Initial and Ongoing Client Due Diligence. Including AML checks etc.; - Ongoing review of KYC files; - Transfer Agent & Sub-Custodian Monitoring; - Undertake projects and ad hoc additional tasks as assigned by the Chief Compliance/ Chief Risk Officer; - Keep up-to-date with regulatory developments in the industry, provide analysis to the Chief Compliance/ Chief Risk Officer on new regulatory developments impacting the company; What you offer: - Ideally a successfully completed law degree or a degree in business law, business admin - istration or economics; - At least 3 years professional experience in a similar position. Ideally in the Luxembourg investment fund industry or in a Big Four company (compliance, risk or regulatory); - Strong capacity for team work, motivation, reliability, resilience and service-oriented ap - proach; - Organizational talent, personal initiative and ability to develop solutions independently; - Very good PC skills (MS Office); - Fluency in German and English. French is an advantage.
