Business Development and Marketing Intern

Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to discover the Business Development, Marketing & Communication department of our firm in Luxembourg. You will take full part in the management and coordination of events and the production of marketing & communication materials. This internship is also a great opportunity to get valuable insights about the daily operation and BD function in an international law firm. - Assist with the update and contribute to the development of our marketing materials (clients presentations, brochures, client briefings, capability statements, CVs) - Contribute to the update of our internal communication tools (intranet news, internal newsletter, diverse reporting on Coms and marketing activities) - Maintain targeted client lists in the Firm's database (InterAction) - Follow up of our sponsoring in the Luxembourg market and abroad - Provide your support to all our BD, Marketing & Communication initiatives and team members (project management, activity reporting, document preparation) **Qualifications**: - ** Your are eligible for an internship in Luxembourg**: - Student in Marketing - Business-Communication - Strong presentation and written communication skills - Excellent interpersonal, organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects and meet deadlines - High level of accuracy and attention to detail and meticulous follow-through - Practical, proactive, commercially minded and service driven with a "can do" and positive attitude - Fluency in English.
