**BlackRidge Group is hiring for one of her clients a FACILITY COORDINATOR**

**Facility Coordinator
**Role**:

- Reporting directly to the maintenance manager, you will be responsible to plan and execute plant extensions, modifications and renovation and maintenance of production sites including office area
- As a facility coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing, planning and monitoring work carried out by external companies (compliance with safety regulations, quality of work carried out, deadlines and costs).
- You will participate in the development and implementation of the 5-year investment plan to combat the obsolescence of our facilities.
- In order to reach our environmental objectives, you will be one of the main actors in charge of reducing the company's energy consumption.
- Responsibility to meet project targets in terms of cost, quality and timing

**Profile**:

- You have a degree in B.Sc./ B.A. in Building Management, Civil Engineer, Facility Management or equivalent education
- You have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
- You are versatile, autonomous, rigorous and have a sense of responsibility.
- You have excellent analytical skills and are able to take initiatives.
- You like teamwork and you are reactive.
- Knowledge of French is essential. English or German will be considered a real advantage.
- Ability to manage several projects in parallel.
- Comfortable with the use of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
