Currently, we are collaborating with an international law firm based in Luxembourg in its search for a Corporate Counsel to support the growth of its activities.
Within its local office, the law firm intervenes on several legal matters such as Banking and Finance, Corporate law and Investment Fund law meaning that it is a multidisciplinary workplace. Your Responsibilities | Law Firm - Corporate Counsel - Legal - Corporate

As Corporate Counsel, you will be in charge of the follow up of your clients on Corporate matters while developing and maintaining a strong relationship with them in which trust is key.

You will for example assist with mergers and acquisitions, refinancing transactions and draft all necessary corporate documentation related to these.

Thanks to your experience, you will be also asked to share your knowledge with junior talents in order to coach and train them as you will be their first point of reference.

You will also be in charge of legal monitoring and sharing relevant updates to colleagues to keep them aware of new regulations and applicable laws.

You have acquired at least five years of experience as a lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg and have solid knowledge of the local market and regulations.

You should have a complete professional proficiency in English to ensure good exchanges with your clients, your colleagues in Luxembourg and external stakeholders. Any additional languages while represent an asset.

Well-organizedand with an eye for detail, you will easily fit into the healthy corporate culture and become a key member of the firm.

You are specialized in Corporate law and passionate about your field.

For this position, our partner is willing to offer an annual remuneration that can reach 180 000 € gross, which will be in line with your acquired skills and level of experience, to which meal vouchers (10,80 €) and a discretionary bonus will be added.
