Your tasks:
- Coordinating production workflow for all manufactured products- Scheduling planned orders in accordance with production capacities and availability of components and aligned prioritization system- Setting up and administering production planning software and optimizing on-site production planning processes including master data management- Monitoring of defined KPIs and production progress, identifying any bottlenecks or shortages causing delays and trigger operative measures- Minimize stock outs by maintaining adequate levels of inventory while minimizing excess inventory- Maintain proper supply/ demand alignment by expediting, delaying, or cancelling purchase orders when required- Develop a deep understanding of the supported product lines through collaboration with the production teams to ensure optimal planning in collaboration with SCM service and CSC service
Your profile:
- Being communicative, assertive and analytical- Having a proven experience as production planner- Demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills- Being fluent in French and English; German as a plus- Knowledge of SAP MM, PP, and SD modules is preferred
