Our client, a top leading Asset Manager is looking for a dynamic profile to join their Private Equity team in Luxembourg. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with paralegal experience who wants to move in-house and develop their skills within a great team
**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Produce and draft legal documents by using existing templates (convening notices, proxies, minutes, filing of changes with the Luxembourg trade and companies register).
- Prepare and draft the documentation for board meetings, including quarterly board meetings held in Luxembourg and coordination thereof.
- Ensuring all company files and documents are up to date and available for internal and external parties.
- Handle and coordinate KYC requests received from various stakeholders, and AML/CFT tasks such as RBE filings.
**_Requirements:_**
- 3 years of Luxembourg experience in trust, fund, fiduciary, or Law firm, performing paralegal tasks.
- Relevant experience handling corporate secretary, or full life cycle and administration of Luxembourg entities.
- Preference for a Legal degree, but is not mandatory.
- English is compulsory, French is a plus.
- Highly organized, proactive, and hands-on, as well as a great team player who always has a positive approach and is willing to help his/her colleagues.
