**About EATRIS**

EATRIS is the European infrastructure for translational medicine. It brings together resources and services for research communities to translate scientific discoveries into benefits for patients. The EATRIS node Luxembourg, centred on the Integrated BioBank (IBBL) of the LIH, supports local and international partners in their translational research effort by providing state-of-the-art support services for patient-centric and clinical research.

**Key Accountabilities**

The Project Manager supports the national director and contributes to the function and success of both the node and the overall European EATRIS infrastructure by:

- Serving as an ambassador and contact person for EATRIS node Luxembourg
- Promoting EATRIS node Luxembourg services to national and international stakeholders.
- Organising annual EATRIS Luxembourg stakeholder meetings and ensure dissemination of EATRIS information to Luxembourg stakeholders.
- Attending EATRIS and local events, conferences, workshops to raise awareness of national and European EATRIS services.

**About CLINNOVA**

Clinnova is an international research programme on Digital Health and Personalized Medicine. This precision medicine initiative involves leading clinicians across University hospitals and clinics in Luxembourg, France, Germany and Switzerland. Using clinical, biomedical and patient-generated data from prospective patient cohorts the Clinnova partners emphasize data quality, interoperability and harmonisation to train effective AI algorithms in a federated environment.

**Key Accountabilities**

The Project Manager supports the Clinnova coordinator and project team by:

- Providing comprehensive support to the implementation of the Clinnova programme.
- Supporting investigators from research institutions and hospitals in the setup (contract, admin, approvals, timelines, budget, etc.) and conduct of the Clinnova research programme.
- Coordinating and managing the work packages according to the Clinnova work programme (setup financial contracts and manage financial aspects during the projects) and fixed timelines.
- Tracking and reporting on deliverables/timelines, and costs vs. budget.

**Key skills, Experience and qualifications**
- MD and/or PhD degree together with work experience in biomedical research or research management will be considered as an asset.
- At least 3 years relevant job-related experience in project management or biomedical/clinical research.
- Knowledge of the interface between biological and clinical research is appreciated.
- Experience of working independently and in a team-orientated, collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and execute tasks in a highly dynamic environment.
- Ability to drive projects forward focusing on the deliverables.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, be able of summarising ideas and prioritising.
- Full proficiency in English; German, French and/or Luxembourgish are considered as an advantage.
