**About the Role**

The role of the Citco Fund Services (Luxembourg) SA (“CFSL”) Assistant Vice President Oversight is to act as the central point of contact for our global clientbase and colleagues for all matters concerning Luxembourg business, as well as being responsible for the oversight of such arrangements to ensure alignment with CSSF permissions and regulatory requirements.

The Assistant Vice President Oversight will report to The Outsourcing Manager.

**Job Duties in Brief**
- Acting as central point and coordinator on the various Luxembourg services for our global clients and colleagues
- Manage your team of oversight professionals
- Assist the Vice President in managing staffing levels, training and development of staff
- Manage and monitor the timing and quality of deliverables (SLAs)
- Lead Service Review Calls with Outsource Service Providers
- Review performance of Outsource Service Providers based on KRIs and KPIs
- Oversee migration of work from CFSL to Outsource Service Providers
- Assist in maintaining outsourcing procedures
- Support maintenance of a good system of governance (monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies etc. as well as complete risk assessments.)
- Assisting management in embedding outsourcing regulation awareness and best practices within the business
- You will act as liaison to various internal/external parties e.g. auditors.
- You will interact directly with senior management and clients with appropriate escalation
- You will coordinate with Onboarding team, Tax group, Investor Relations group, Financial Statement group, and other groups at Citco
- Act as a member of various CFSL committees as appropriate
- Keep up-to-date of all outsourcing regulatory developments

**About You**
- You have 10+ years’ experience in a similar role with Private Equity with exposure to outsourcing
- Excellent regulatory knowledge in respect of outsourcing requirements
- Highly collaborative, innovative, and effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- You have strong Customer Relationship skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
- Project management skills with proven ability to multi-task
