ING Lease is looking for a motivated Regulatory Officer to support the Risk activities.

ING Lease is a subsidiary fully owned by ING Luxembourg and benefits from the status of a Specialized PSF, regulated by the CSSF.

ING lease is an operating company created 35 years ago and active in financial leasing for corporate clients.

Job description

Directly reporting to the Risk Manager, you will
- Ensure the monitoring of the regulatory activity with regards to ING Group and local regulatory requirements
- Setup and review documentation, processes and controls
- Advise and support the Business on risk topics, including outsourcing, KYC and GDPR
- Prepare and assure follow-up of risk committees
- Follow up on audit issues and related action points within the deadlines.

Skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong knowledge in risk or legal or compliance in a bank industry (min. 3 years)
- Experience in developing and implementing risk management related policies and processes.
- Experience in performing/reviewing risk assessments and contributing to the development of risk profiles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to details with the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
- Sense of responsibility and autonomy
- Team player with good communication skills (both oral and written)
- A good knowledge of MS Office
