**Your role - Are you ready for a challenge?
- Contribute to discussions on new business activities providing compliance expertise and advice, ensuring that regulatory requirements can be met and that conflict of interest is dealt with
- Assist in the oversight of the regulatory watch in order to advise and anticipate regulatory changes on the local market and on markets the Company is active (ETOM)
- Supervise the Regulatory Reporting Governance
- Perform annual update of Compliance Risk Assessment and regular updates
- Assist in developing the Compliance Monitoring Plan based on the Compliance Risk Assessment
- Perform controls related to the Compliance Monitoring Plan
- Supervise the collection of the management information data in terms of KRIs and the regular compliance reporting to the senior management
- Assist in developing and implement training programs in connection to Compliance matters
- Assist in developing and maintaining Compliance Charter, Policies and Procedures
- Maintain Corporate Intranet with regards to Corporate Policies and Procedures
- Propose recommendation and oversee clearing of relevant findings
- Provide standard and ad-hoc information and data reports to the Management, regulators and auditors
- Provide an advisory/expertise role into all compliance matters
- Add value through lateral thinking and key input to Risk and Compliance management matters
- Communicate collaboratively and continually with the management group, employees, sales and other stakeholders and provide guidance on upstream regulatory change

**Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our Regulatory Compliance Officer?
- You have a first experience in Compliance or Risk related Function, in the Banking or Insurance sector;
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg rules and regulations or of another EU member state;
- Ability to balance legal requirements with the commercial aspects of the business;
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of initiative, attention to details, planning and organisational skills;
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills, with ability to express opinion to internal and external customers;
- Enthusiastic team player and self-motivated;
- Able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset.
