**Description de l'offre d'emploi**: Afin de renforcer nos équipes, nous sommes à la recherche d'un** Project Manager MOA** parlant **français et anglais.** **Vos principales responsabilités**: - L’optimisation des processus de suivi du portefeuille de projets et des outils associés (automatisation, golden copy, etc.) - La revue/l’optimisation des rôles et responsabilités des différentes équipes actuellement impliquées dans ces processus (automatisation, réduction de la bureaucratie, amélioration NPE, etc.). - La confirmation de l’organisation et des rôles cibles autour du pilotage du portefeuille d’initiatives/opus dans le contexte de l'évolution de la banque vers l'agilité à l'échelle (processus en cours). - Définir le plan projet, assurer et animer le pilotage du projet avec les différentes parties prenantes (C&T, Finance, IT) dans le cadre d'une gouvernance dédiée - Réaliser, en concertation avec les experts Finance, IT et C&T concernés, les analyses et livrables nécessaires au projet (évolutions fonctionnelles des outils actuels, évolution des processus, analyses de risques, etc.) - Assurer les formations et le passage vers le mode BAU (tests, procédures, accès, mise à jour des référentiels) **Pré-requis du poste**: **Votre profil**: - Vous avez au moins **6 ans d'expérience** dans un poste similaire en tant que Project Manager / MOA / Expert analyste. - Diplôme IT universitaire en gestion de projet - Vous parlez **français et anglais.**: - Technical skills: - ** Expérience significative en MOA (Maitrise d’ouvrage)**dans des projets intégrant **des développements informatiques dans le secteur financier**: - ** Expérience dans un rôle de "PMO"** ou dans l'implémentation d'outils associés à ce rôle - Notions financières garantissant une capacité à assurer des échanges productifs avec les équipes "Performance Management" et "Contrôle de Gestion" de la fonction Finance. - Capacité à synthétiser des enjeux et contraintes multiples - Animation de réunions projet et de comités de pilotage projet - Suivi des risques et des budgets projet - Soft skills: - Très forte **autonomie**, **sens des priorités** et de **l’organisation**: - Proactivité, force de proposition, orienté résultat - Bonne communication écrite et orale - Rigueur, capacité d’analyse et de synthèse - Aisance relationnelle et assertivité - Capacité à se coordonner et à communiquer avec de multiples intervenants - Persévérance - Esprit d’équipe, collaboration - Gestion du stress - Prise d’initiative **_ **Ce que NSI pourra vous offrir/apporter**: - Saisissez l'opportunité de rejoindre notre « famille NSI », où les valeurs humaines restent au cœur de nos priorités - Environnement dynamique et innovant - Formations - Perspectives de carrière - Contrat permanent - Package salarial à la hauteur de vos compétences **_
