For an independent corporate and fund services provider, located outside of Luxembourg city, very close from the Belgium border, we are currently looking for a (Senior) Corporate Officer, with a few years of experience.
The company is comprised of 35 people, with 4 people working in the corporate department, under the supervision of the head of corporate. As they do not want to rush any recruitments, they always take the time to find the right person in order to keep the great working atmosphere amongst the team.
In order to participate and reinforce this good atmosphere, the management of the company, often organizes various events outside the office (Christmas party, Bowling, Restaurants, and many more that are not necessarily official). As the upper management of the company comes from larger service providers, in Luxembourg and abroad, it is important for them to make sure that the teams are well-staffed, in order to prevent employees from doing overtime, and benefit from a great work-life balance.
Today within Luxembourg’s ecosystem, the firm offers Fund Accounting, Corporate & Fund Administration, as well as Depositary Services for a wide variety of clients. These are composed of SOPARFIs and investment funds.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer - PFS - Legal - Corporate

The organization and preparation of board meetings and shareholders meetings as well as the related documentation.

Preparation and maintenance of share registers.

Coordination of corporate transactions (incorporations, share classes, approval of annual accounts, change of headquarters,).

You will, in summary, have the opportunity to handle your portfolio of clients of SOPARFI in full autonomy from the constitution to the liquidation. Furthermore, you will have the chance to handle a few investment funds as well if you want to.

You will handle the various contacts with notaries, banks, lawyers and so on.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer - PFS - Legal - Corporate

Minimum 2 years of experience as Corporate Officer in a similar structure in Luxembourg (Fund structure, PSF, Holding).

Perfect understanding of English and French. Most of the employees are French speakers, the English language will be useful for your clientele.

You have a sound knowledge of the financial industry in Luxembourg and have developed a good level of autonomy on a portfolio of SOPARFI/Holdings.

You have great communication skills and a positive mindset.
