**SM Audit Manager - Your responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio, focusing on alternative funds, real estate, and financial clients.
- Inspire and mentor your audit team, cultivating a culture of growth, collaboration, and performance excellence.
- Design and execute tailored audit plans, identifying risks and implementing strategies for operational improvement.
- Serve as a key liaison with clients, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices, driving compliance and innovative solutions.
- Play an active role in refining methodologies and tools, enhancing audit efficiency and quality.
- Contribute to business development by nurturing client connections and exploring growth opportunities.
**SM Audit Manager - Your profile**:
- Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- At **least 8 years of progressive experience in external audit**, particularly with alternative **funds, real estate**, or financial services.
- Proven experience in leadership roles within the audit domain.
- Deep knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Fluency in **English**, any other language is an advantage.
- Proficiency with audit software, data analysis tools, and MS Office.
- ** IRE certification is a huge plus for directive perspectives.**
