**Your Challenge**:

- Performing the administration and any related services in respect of alternative investment funds (private equity, real estate, infrastructure, other alternatives)
- Review of NAV calculation of alternative investment funds incl. review and consistency checks of external valuations. Perform four-eyes-checks together with other PERE Fund Administrators
- Ensuring that all work complies with governing documentation of the entities being serviced and applicable regulatory requirements
- Preparation of financial statements and associated reports. Liaising with auditors for year-end review
- Preparation of carried interest and other complex calculations (e.g. fair value uplift calculations) in accordance with the fund documentation
- Understanding and developing the existing relationships with promoters, service providers such as depositary, managers and auditors as well as delegated parties
- Submit/review regulatory reporting to CSSF
- Setting up new alternative investment funds

**Your Profile**:

- At least 3 to 5 years of experience within the fund administration of alternative investment funds (PE/RE fund accounting, NAV-calculation, etc.)
- Very good knowledge of Accounting principles. ACCA qualification or equivalent would be considered as an asset
- University degree in Accounting or Finance. Additional skills and knowledge in regulatory aspects are considered as advantage
- Excellent self-organization with the ability to work with minimum supervision while having a high degree of motivation and focus on quality
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in German and English are mandatory, additional languages are considered as advantage
- Very good MS-Excel skills
