**Hikma-Solutions is looking for his client**: "Fund Operations Officer (f/m)" Tasks You are a "Fund Operations Officer (f/m)" with good knowledge of the fund industry to join a fast-growing Fund Administration department. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As a Fund Operation Officer, you will be the main contact person and the coordinator between fund managers, shareholders, banks, lawyers, auditors, etc. and your main tasks will be: - Assistance in the onboarding process of new funds including the review of legal and contractual documentation, coordination with the different stakeholders, implementation with the operational teams - Coordination of the NAV computation processes - Calculating share class allocations, waterfall distributions and equalizations - Creation and maintenance of shareholders registers, bondholders registers and investor reports - Process and control of closings, capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions and transfers of shares - Drafting of minutes of board and shareholders meetings - Coordination of financial audits - Review and update internal procedures and checklists - Contributing to the development of our TA tool **Requirements**: You graduated from university or business school, preferably in Economics or Finance. - You have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the areas of alternative investment fund administration, domiciliation or audit firms. - Good knowledge of the alternative investment fund industry (including AML-CFT/KYC environment) - You are fluent in English and French (any additional language is considered an asset). - You possess strong computer skills, including MS Office and TA Software - You are rigorous, well organized, and autonomous, and you have excellent communication skills (both oral and written). - You are a team player, able to take initiative and deliver within tight deadlines. - Good knowledge of digital assets (blockchain, crypto, etc...)
