**_ Experienced Compliance Officer - Your Role :_**
- Collaborate with the Compliance Office to **design and implement effective compliance policies** and training programs focused on new business acceptance and data protection.
- ** Analyze laws and regulations** to **identify risks and opportunities**, guiding the firm's strategic objectives and promoting a culture of compliance.
- Ensure thorough organization of client and matter files for internal and external audits, maintaining compliance standards.
- ** Track compliance trends** and provide regular updates to the Compliance team, using insights to recommend enhancements.
- Engage with various teams to **raise compliance awareness** and provide expert guidance on compliance-related issues.

**_ Experienced Compliance Officer - Your Profile:_**
- A **Master's degree in Law or Compliance**, demonstrating your commitment to the field.
- Proficiency in both **French and English**, allowing you to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
- A **minimum of 4 years** of relevant compliance experience, showcasing your expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a rigorous and adaptable mindset to tackle challenges head-on.
