**Introduction**:
Our client, a leading international law firm with offices across Europe, is seeking a highly experienced **AML Manager** to join their Luxembourg office. This is a unique opportunity for a compliance professional with a strong legal background and proven management experience to lead and supervise AML activities across the firm's European branches.

**Responsibilities**:

- Directly manage a local AML team of 3 professionals based in Luxembourg, ensuring operational excellence and team development.
- Supervise and oversee the AML compliance framework across all European offices, ensuring alignment with local and EU regulations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to prevent money laundering and terrorism financing.
- Provide guidance and training to staff across European branches on AML regulations and best practices.
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management and regulators as required.

**Profile**:

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in AML, ideally within a regulated financial or legal environment.
- Strong **management experience**, including direct supervision of a team and coordinating cross-border activities.
- In-depth knowledge of European AML regulations, including local requirements in Luxembourg and other European jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
