Fund Channel is currently looking for a lawyer with a passion for legal issues and global relations that will work in an international team of motivated lawyers. This role offers the opportunity to develop legal skills in an international, flexible and stimulating environment.

Missions:

- Drafting and negotiation of legal documents to update existing agreements
- Drafting and negotiation of agreements with Management Companies and Clients
- Participating / leading legal negotiations with Fund Channel’s counterparts
- Taking an active part in national and European legal watch
- Participating in project by bringing legal point of view and expertise

- Formation / Spécialisation- A university degree in Law (Bac + 5)
- Niveau d'expérience minimum
- 3 - 5 ans
- Compétences recherchées
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in contractual matters in the Finance industry
- Have experience in dealing with counterparts
- Be fluent in French and English
- Be able to synthesize information and draft effectively in French and English
- Be proactive and willing to take initiatives and responsibilities
