HI Partners is seeking a Legal Advisor focused on Investment Funds (UCITS & AIFs) to join an Asset Management structure.

Reponsabilities
- Assuming primary responsibilities in the formation and maintenance of funds (including both UCITS and AIFs) pursuing, among other strategies, real estate, infrastructure, and debt. This is done on behalf of the Legal team.
- Participation in initial funding structure discussions to determine the most suitable structure for a particular project.
- Drafting and preparation of the legal documentation for the funds under management, as well as any subsequent amendments.
- Preparation of management review, which includes assessing the delegation of investment management or advisory roles
- Evaluation and negotiation of service agreements to be executed with the appropriate service providers, such as the depositary and the central administration agent
- Engaging in communication with external legal counsel
- Initiating contact with the Luxembourg regulator to acquire the necessary regulatory approvals
- Assisting in the establishment, modifications, and termination of investment funds - Working closely with other legal colleagues to provide advice and support to them and to management regarding various matters related to fund and investment structures, as well as legal and regulatory obligations appropriate for Swiss Life Asset Managers.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in law
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fund laws and regulations acquired either in a Luxembourg law firm or another management entity
- Keen interest and strong motivation to work in a rapidly expanding medium-sized company
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and the ability to handle daily file management with proper escalation to the head of department or other senior colleagues
- Proficiency in legal and technical language skills in English, German and/or French
- Exceptional commercial awareness and the ability to provide practical advice
- Enthusiasm for learning and being an integral part of a collaborative team
- Precision, confidentiality and timeliness
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple and complex tasks
