- **Client Relationship Officer** for its
- **Private Custody unit **in Luxembourg on a fixed-term contract. As the successful applicant you will be the main contact person for independent asset managers (IAMs) for all operational issues.**Your role**:

- Providing an operational nursing service to IMs, working in partnership with the various Pictet Asset Services and Pictet Group centres of expertise.
- Providing specific operational services.
- Helping to resolve potential operational issues by assuming responsibility for the quality of responses provided to IAMs.
- Coordinating, documenting (KYT) and entering client payments.
- Monitoring account closures.
- Receiving securities and updating historical performance.
- Setting up the requested bank and tax reports.
- Initiating and monitoring the flow of credit, guarantees and limits for private equity and derivative investments.
- Setting up access to Pictet Connect, our online banking solution.
- Carrying out various administrative tasks (e.g. updating databases).
- Entering stock exchange orders.
- Classifying and unbundling client orders.

**Your profile**:

- Qualifications and experience:
BAC +3 in Economics, Accounting and Management, or an educational background considered equivalent.
- At least three years' continuous initial experience in client servicing.- Specific knowledge:
In-depth banking knowledge.
- Excellent knowledge of asset servicing activities and operational flows.-
- Language knowledge:
Complete fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
- Any other language (especially German or Dutch) would be a plus.- Personal qualities:
Strong front and client service skills, combined with a very good grasp of client relationships.
- Ability to cope with delicate situations that call for both diplomacy and technical expertise.
- Team spirit.
