The Cluster for Logistics Luxembourg ASBL is hiring a:
**Head of Cluster for Logistics (M/F)**:
**YOUR MISSION**
- Manage the Cluster for Logistics in line with the strategy defined together with the board of directors
- Create an open, trusted and collaborative environment to develop a portfolio of initiatives and projects
- Implement the business strategy and manage a dedicated team to meet members expectations
- Initiate projects raising the competitiveness of the logistics sector across all modes of transport
- Promote logistics services, sustainable infrastructure and competent back-offices from an attractive hub
- Be well connected to initiate synergies between member companies and public stakeholders
- Identify and develop Innovation opportunities between the various actors of the Cluster
- Represent the Cluster in Luxembourg and abroad across the industry and supply chain sector
**YOUR PROFILE**
You should hold a Master’s Degree, preferably in Logistics Management, Engineering, Economics and/or a proven experience / knowledge of the supply chain industry in general. You have between 7 -15 years professional experience in business roles as well as a deep knowledge of the socio-economic environment in Luxembourg. Professional experience in the fields of logistics, industry, market development and innovation are considered an advantage.
You are results oriented, have administrative skills to drive the Cluster and an ability to listen to the members and to propose solutions to problems. You have the ability to negotiate at a high level.
As a proven team player, you have excellent communication skills (spoken and written) and are fluent in English, French and German. A good command of Luxembourgish is also an advantage.
