Rockids crèches and day care centres have a solid educational base, built on caring practices and positive teaching methods. The children are cared for in renovated and modernised facilities that help to make Rockids a professional in childcare and education in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg._

**We are looking for a Management Officer (M/F) for our Day Centre in Kirchberg.**

Working directly with the Head of Sector, the Executive Officer (M/F) will be responsible for the operational management of a facility for children aged 4 to 12.

**The role will focus on four main areas**:
Reception, supervision of children and relations with families;
Implementing and ensuring compliance with the educational project;
Administrative and financial management of the centre;
Managing a team of early childhood professionals.

The Head of Department (M/F) will be responsible for the health, well-being and development of the children in the centre and will be the guarantor of the centre's educational project.

He/she will be responsible for the management and running of the facility and will lead a team of early childhood professionals.

**Your profile**:
You have a diploma in education (and Luxembourg recognition) enabling you to take on a management role;
You have more than 5 years' professional experience in non-formal education;
A first experience as a manager is required;
You speak French. Knowledge of English is required. Fluency in any other language is an asset (Luxembourgish, German, Portuguese);
You have a proven sense of responsibility and customer service;
You have a proven sense of responsibility and customer service;
You are a good communicator and have a good ability to convey your ideas and get your team and your contacts on board;
You have a good command of IT tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
