**Job Description**:
As a Cluster Sales Coordinator you are part of the Anama Management Cluster Sales Team working for a portfolio of six Accor hotels:

- Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg
- Novotel Luxembourg Centre
- Novotel Suites Luxembourg
- Mama Shelter Luxembourg
- Sofitel Luxembourg Europe
- Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal

You will be based at Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg and will be part of a team of passionate colleagues.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Support the cluster corporate sales team in preparing offers and presentations, managing local accounts and managing the sales tools (Cvent, ANAIS, Delphi, etc)
- Support the MICE Sales Manager and coordinate the commercial offers between the six hotels and with our MICE customers
- Manage the Leisure sales customers and sales actions with the support of the DOS
- Assist in the preparation and sales events organization, promotional materials: managing supplies, preparing presentations etc

**Qualifications**:
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a sales profile interested in learning more about the Accor sales world and the Hospitality Industry in a dynamic market as Luxembourg.

**Requirements**:

- BAC +3/License Degree minimum
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
- Highly presentable, outgoing with facilities in presenting and being persuasive in front of customers
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Well organized and responsible
- Team oriented spirit enjoying working in a multicultural environment
- Power Point knowledge and or Presentation software to deliver a professional image of our services
- Excel knowledge for a medium level user in order to prepare and deliver reporting
- English and French - professional level (German may be an advantage)
