We're on the lookout for a Project Manager for our Cloud Services departement to take charge of driving project success from start to finish
- Lead the entire project lifecycle, from initial validation to successful project closure;
- Clearly identify project goals and ensure their timely delivery;
- Create concise and well-documented project plans to guide execution;
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and limitations within the project plan;
- Evaluate project performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain plan adherence;
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards by closely overseeing project outcomes;
- Collect and present performance data to track project progress effectively.
- Identify and address any compliance or regulatory concerns associated with the project;
- Drive change management efforts, including schedule, scope, and team composition adjustments;
- Foster effective collaboration with colleagues across business units and management levels;
- Identify and resolve conflicts or disagreements, recommending new measures when needed;
- Capture, prioritize, and systematically resolve project issues to ensure smooth operations;
- Proven track record in IT project management, showcasing your expertise;
- Familiarity with Microsoft infrastructure and cloud solutions;
- Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent communication abilities;
- Proficiency in scheduling, risk management, cost management, negotiation, and quality management;
- Fluent in French and English ( **both are mandatory **)
- Flexible and adaptable to meet customer needs and adjust communication accordingly;
- Problem-solving mindset, capable of tackling challenges head-on;
- Thrives in a dynamic and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork;
- Possession of one or more certifications such as PMP, Prince2, PMI, AZ-900, MS-900, SC-900 is a significant advantage.
