**YOUR ROLE**:
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Drive new business: Strongly focus on proactively attracting new clients and build a robust business pipeline.
- Client relationship management: Support the site managers for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and service.
- Market insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and translate these insights into actionable strategies for clients and our organization.
- Tender management: Oversee the entire tender process, challenging our teams in solutions, engineering, information systems, and financial areas to deliver the best results.
- Innovative solutions: Ensure our customer solutions are unique and flexible, meeting the ever-changing needs of our clients and positioning us as the partner for the future.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with the BeNeLux team to develop and present creative solutions that resonate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Consumer understanding: Leverage your understanding of current consumer needs to translate them into effective logistics services for our clients.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES**:

- Studies in logistics or a related field - we value practical experience and strong market connections.
- Experience: several years in a similar position and work environment.
- Strong understanding of contract logistics and the ability to thrive under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of the European market is essential for this sales role.
- Technical expertise: Familiarity with (complex) automation is a plus.
- Commercial insight: Sharp commercial awareness with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Resilience: Ability to turn setbacks into new opportunities and maintain a positive outlook.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in English, any other language is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and availability to travel within Europe.
