Join our client as a Life Insurance File Administrator. This role is perfect for someone with a background in insurance, finance, or administration, who enjoys working with precision, managing complex tasks, and delivering exceptional client service in both French and Dutch.

**Description**
- Manage the full lifecycle of life insurance policies, including new subscriptions, amendments, redemptions, transfers, and closures.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all documents in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Provide high-quality client support, responding to requests with professionalism, precision, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams, adapting language and approach as needed.
- Support process improvements and contribute to internal optimization initiatives.
- Deliver bilingual service in French and Dutch, ensuring clear and effective communication tailored to each client.
**Profile**
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, or relevant experience in insurance or client services.
- Experience in insurance administration, ideally in life insurance.
- Fluent in Dutch and French; good command of English is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Client-service oriented, with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Able to explain complex insurance matters clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Experienced in working in a regulated environment and following internal procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office and standard office tools.
