As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our valued clients. Your dedication to delivering exceptional client support and your proactive approach to problem-solving will be critical in driving customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

**Key Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- Integrate and train our clients in the use of the tool. This means delivering 2- to 3-hour training sessions (mostly remotely).
- Provide advice and use your in-depth product knowledge to ensure they get the most out of their subscription.
- Be the first point of contact for any client questions or concerns.
- Manage and take care of your clients. At Salonkee, we have one clear goal: to deliver exceptional service. Your role will be to help us consistently exceed our clients’ expectations and trigger genuine “WOW” moments of satisfaction.

**What we are looking for in you**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in an account management role
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset
- Proficiency in French and English
- Self starter
- CRM experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
