Notre client est une compagnie d'assurance vie avec une solide présence en Europe et en Amérique Latine.

Elle commercialise une gamme de contrats d'assurance vie et de capitalisation haut de gamme via des distributeurs tels que des banques privées, des Family offices et des structures de courtage indépendantes. Afin de soutenir son développement sur les marchés européens, l'entreprise est actuellement en train de renforcer son département business support.

Le Responsable du Business Support (F/H) aura les missions suivantes:
Accompagner le département commercial et le middle office des distributeurs:
Fournir un soutien quotidien aux partenaires sur diverses problématiques, telles que les souscriptions, la gestion des contrats, la référence des produits financiers, ainsi que les aspects juridiques et fiscaux.

Rédiger des appels d'offres et envoyer des kits de souscription.

Organiser et tenir des comités d'agrément partenaires (distributeurs, gestionnaires financiers, banques dépositaires) et assurer le suivi de la mise en place des partenariats.

Fournir un soutien technique aux commerciaux et partenaires, notamment en effectuant des analyses préliminaires des entités juridiques pour les appels d'offres et les souscriptions.

Préparer des rapports commerciaux.

Participer à différents projets de l'entreprise, tels que le développement de nouveaux marchés et la révision de la documentation contractuelle.

Assurer la coordination et le suivi des activités avec le service Back Office.

Ces responsabilités impliquent de rechercher en permanence la qualité de service attendue par nos clients et partenaires. En plus de votre capacité d'autonomie, vous devez faire preuve de rigueur, d'esprit d'équipe et d'adaptabilité dans un environnement agile.

Être le référent du département business support et accompagner les profils plus juniors.

**Niveau d'études**: Bac+3 minimum (Banque / Assurance / Tertiaire).

Minimum de 3/5 ans d'expérience en assurance-vie.

Bonnes compétences en informatique.

Sens de l'organisation et engagement.

La maîtrise du Français est obligatoire et de l'italien est un atout.

Ce poste nécessite une connaissance approfondie de l'assurance vie, ainsi qu'une excellente capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer avec des parties prenantes variées.
