As an expert in the injection molding process within the Sales Support team in Europe, you will assist both internal and external customers in executing and reporting of material-, mold-, and hot runner trials using both scientific and market-standard approaches.

The role will involve responsibility for reporting on new and unknown materials, supporting customer inquiries, challenging materials, exploring new technology, providing service resolutions and contributing to product development activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, install, and set up injection molding equipment, injection molding process and troubleshoot as required
- Standard debugging of injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment.
- Support customers’, sales teams, and sales support organization with injection molding trials and reporting on both known and new or unknown thermoplastic materials.
- Provide service support for processing analysis, injection molding trials, installation, and execution
- Support resin suppliers in the execution and preparation of injection molding trials.
- Support R&D and marketing activities with injection molding trials and reporting.
- Building data for training materials and knowledge sharing.
- Managing the installation, maintenance, and storage for different test hardware and auxiliaries such as hot runner hardware, molds, general injection molding machines equipment and thermoplastic materials

**Qualifications**:

- Successfully completed an apprenticeship or degree in plastics, injection molding, mechatronics, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Some years of working experience in plastics processing or manufacturing engineering.
- Demonstrated knowledge of injection molding processes and business functions, such as processing, setup, optimization, and troubleshooting, production arrangements and part quality inspection, standard mold and process qualification processes and procedures, mold and machine general maintenance and mechanical functions
- knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
- Capable of understanding and working with mechanical drawings and basic electrical schematics.
- Standard knowledge of mechatronics, particularly in relation to mold functions, injection molding auxiliaries, and automation.
- Occasionally travel within EMEA region
- Fluent in English
