ARHS Group - Part of Accenture is looking for an experienced **Backup & Storage Team Leader (M/F)** to join our team at the client site, a European Institution in Luxembourg. As a Backup & Storage Team Leader, you will work in a dynamic team to maintain the overall backup infrastructure of the customer.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of 10+ engineers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while promoting a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your team, acting as a bridge between upper management and team members to provide regular updates and resolve escalations
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of storage-related services, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness
- Set-up and maintain Storage devices’ definitions and policies
- Monitoring of the Backup and Storage infrastructures
- Incident follow-up and resolution (SMT)
- Generate reports on the overall status of the services’ infrastructure

**Your profile**:

- You have at least 3 to 6 years of experience in Backup & Storage domain within a large environment
- You have an university degree or equivalent level through experience and professional training
- Good knowledge in some of the following tools is required:

- Commvault and its associated management tools
- Brocade and storage Hitachi and its associated management tools
- NetApp ONTAP storage arrays (AFFxxxx) and StorageGrid (SG6xxx) and its associated management tools
- DELL EMC Isilon/PowerScale and its associated management tools
- S3 protocol/Object Storage knowledge - preferably on Cloudian and/or Storage Grid
- Familiar with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Proven leadership experience, including managing technical teams and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and balance team workloads effectively
- Fluency in English is required
