**Description du poste**
As a Senior AI Project Manager, you will play a central role in delivering AI-focused projects. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from operational steering to final delivery. This role requires a good understanding of AI concepts combined with proven project management expertise to successfully navigate technical complexities and stakeholder expectations. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication will be key to the success of high-value projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the operational steering of one or more high-impact AI projects;
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and dependencies;
- Animate various project committees in line with established project management procedures;
- Ensure strong collaboration among business teams, the Datalab, and IT teams (ADM and IPS);
- Provide regular reporting to IT management;
- Act as a key liaison, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

**Qualifications** Must-Have**:

- Minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in a consultancy or professional services environment;
- Proven expertise in managing IT/Agile projects, with a strong understanding of methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or PRINCE2;
- Deep comprehension of key AI concepts (machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision);
- Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Azure ML, or AWS SageMaker;
- Good understanding of data management challenges, including data collection, processing, quality, ethics, and GDPR;
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written);
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset;
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills;
- Proven adaptability and agility to navigate fast-paced technological changes.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Notions of MLOps, including the orchestration of AI model lifecycles from development to production (CI/CD, monitoring, etc.);
- Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile;
- Experience working in the financial sector.
