Product Implementation

**| Your challenges?**:

- Responsible for the product database
- Daily monitoring and proposing corrective measures as needed for smooth operation
- Sending necessary technical information for carrying out operations
- Coordinating, planning, and implementing the creation or modification of sub-funds (including scheduling, liaising with auditors, accounting team, and transfer agents)
- Providing advice to management, marketing officers, and product specialists on the technical and operational feasibility of group projects
- Improving procedures for the overall activity
- Handling security account opening processes
- Coordinating all tax-related matters associated with the funds
- Serving as the primary contact person for our tax advisory services.

**| What do we expect from you?**:

- University Degree and relevant professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking/financial sector, preferably in the fund industry and in operations / project positions
- Good knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry
- Fluent in English and French, with any other major European language being an advantage
- Excellent practical knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
- Interpersonal skills, ability to put things into perspective, anticipation, pragmatism, autonomy, rigor and team spirit
- Good knowledge of Excel functions & self-intuitive in the use of the Internet and new technologies
- Practical problem-solving attitude
- Strongly motivated and intellectually curious
