**Employment and technical Requirements**:
- 3 years operational and technical experience related to cyber-defence: deployment/operation of aSOC, CSIRT, Security assessment platform or technical Security infrastructure (PKI, endpoint...)
- 2 years experience as a team leader or technical leader for major security-related projects.
- Language skills: Very good knowledge of both written and oral English (proficient user-C level)
**Here is a taste of what youll be doing**:
- Design and implementation of protection measures and especially the ones based on PKI and
- digital certificates;
- Identity and Access management;
- Data protection and integrity: encryption, data loss prevention mechanisms;
- Contribute to Security Management activities and to the building of the strategic view for the future of ICT security at the European Parliament in the light of the new technologies available
- including the Cloud based ones;
- Perform market reviews, products analyses, studies for both on-premises, Cloud based and hybrid solutions;
- Lead security-related solutions assessments and labs;
- Lead and manage Security-related projects;
- Implement users and systems authentication protocols and methods;
- Maintain the existing PKI systems planning their evolutions;
- Support EP users in their PKI related day to day activities;
- Document and operate the certificate management processes (key ceremony, registration authority, certification authority, revocation);
- Interact with the management and other ICT operations teams for reporting relevant events
