We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity analyst to work for the EU European Parliament. REQUIREMENTS -TASKS The required tasks are related to thePKI and digital certificates domains, service, and project management with thecapacity to do several confidential tasks in parallel. The main tasks required are: 1. Design and implementation ofprotection measures and especially the ones based on PKI and digitalcertificates;2. Identity and Access management;3. Data protection and integrity:encryption, data loss prevention mechanisms;4. Contribute to Security Managementactivities and to the building of the strategic view for the future of ICTsecurity at the European Parliament in the light of the new technologiesavailable including the Cloud based ones;5. Perform market reviews, productsanalyses, studies for both on -premises, Cloud based and hybrid solutions;6. Lead security -related solutionsassessments and labs;7. Lead and manage Security -relatedprojects;8. Implement users and systemsauthentication protocols and methods;9. Maintain the existing PKI systemsplanning their evolutions;10. Support EP users in their PKIrelated day to day activities;11. Document and operate thecertificate management processes (key ceremony, registration authority,certification authority, revocation);12. Interact with the management andother ICT operations teams for reporting relevant events AREA OF EXPERTISE The consultant will have expertise inthe Cybersecurity global domain and especially in the following specific ones: · PKI· Digital certificates;· Use of PKI and digital certificates in secure architectures;· Cloud based architectures· Writing reports and analyses documents· Operating Systems Security (Linux, Windows) Educational qualifications: Master. At least one ICT Securityprofessional certification is also required. Professional experience: At least six years of professionalrelevant experience, including:•3 years operational and technicalexperience related to cyber -defense: deployment/operation of aSOC, CSIRT, Security assessment platform or technical Security infrastructure (PKI, endpoint...);and•2 years' experience as a team leaderor technical leader for major security -related projects. Language skills: Very good knowledge of both writtenand oral English (proficient user -C level, according to the Europass LanguagePassport classification) is mandatory. Working place: Luxembourg, onsiteSalary: 500 Euro per dayDuration 10 months, with possible extensions
