**Responsibilities**:
**Your mission**:
As a member of the transversal IT Testing Competence Center Team, you will be working with special focus on quality and test-related tasks including environment set up, manual and automation testing activities for regression tests, new feature tests, maintenance tests.

The mission requires close collaboration with Business representatives, Business Analysts & IT Developments teams to support all Testing activities.

**Your main activities**:

- You will create & manage Testing strategies by identifying key stakeholders, deliverables, milestones & scope, environments, impacts (other projects, non-regression, ), Testing effort & Test plan.
- You will be responsible for all aspects of software quality assurance: definition, planning and coordination of tests: support of design, execution, defect management (tracking, dispatching, analyzing, reporting).
- You will be integrated in different types of Test projects including functional, non-functional and system integration testing using requirements traceability and coverage analysis.
- You understand the Requirements and problems of the Business representatives and you are able to create Test cases derived by these requirements.
- You will report and communicate appropriate level of Test Status depending on the audience of the IT and Business stakeholders.
- You will create & update Testing templates and standards required for the Testing Process : test strategies, test estimation, test cases design, test reports, test budget and test capacity plans.
- You will define practices for Test Automation (Functional and Performance), and control the functional and technical implementation to ensure maintenability of the automated Test scripts.
- You will define guidelines and standards on the configuration and the using of the Testing tools supported by the bank.

Must Have Requirements

**Your qualifications**:

- University degree or equivalent in IT/Computer sciences or related discipline with strong knowledge in Banking Businesses (Customer, Liabilities, Cards, Loans, Treasury, Payment, Risk, Invest, Securities, Data/BI ).
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- ISTQB - Certified Tester Advanced Level is an asset.
- Good Knowledge of a Test Management tool like HP ALM.
- Experience with Clarity PPM or equivalent.
- Experience with Test Automation tools and librairies (RobotFramework, Selenium, Appium, JMeter or equivalent).
- Fluent in written and spoken English and French. You are able to participate actively in English and French meetings.
